Chris A. Valentine is the President and Owner of Paladin Health Brokers. He has over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry as an independent agent. Chris began his career in Healthcare as a Practice Manager for 15 years working alongside physicians and their staff to care for their patient population. This experience helped develop his passion for working with the Medicare community.
In 2003, Chris graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Health. While working full time he earned a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Indiana University in 2007. Chris also served honorably in the United States Navy from 1995-1999 as part of a helicopter squadron (HS-14) attached to the US Independence (CV-62) where he received a letter-of-commendation for his exemplary service in the Persian Gulf.
Chris was born in Indianapolis and now lives in Fishers with his wife and three children.

Lisa grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has lived there her entire life. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Treating clients like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for Lisa. She has a heart for helping her clients receive the resources they are entitled to, including access to programs that can relieve the financial burden of their medical care. Lisa is dedicated to listening intently and matching consumers with the best plan according to their wants, needs and budget.

Lisa also believes in giving back to her community and has volunteered for numerous senior agencies including: CICOA, Central Indiana Council on Aging, John Boner Community Center, and Franklin Active Adult Center.

Jim Newett is the vice president of Paladin Health Brokers. He has over 24 years in the insurance industry, all as an independent agent. Jim began in the business on the claims side, which has given him a different perspective of how the right coverage can benefit people in their greatest time of need. He enjoys working with seniors and has great client retention based on his exceptional level of service.

Jim attended the Kelley School of Business in 1997-1998 and studied Marketing and Business. Jim was born in Indianapolis and lives on the south side today. Jim has been married for over 22 years and has 3 teenage sons. He is active in his community and enjoys sports and time with his family.

A year and half ago I turned 65 and I had to educate myself on Medicare insurance. For the year leading up to my Medicare enrollment I was inundated with information from all sides…the government, a myriad of insurance companies, offerings to attend “information” seminars and, of course, advice from friends that had previously enrolled.
